Bank Approval

Obtain a quick mortgage pre-approval through one of our preferred lenders. Knowing your budget is vital to the process of choosing the right place to build and designing a home that fits your budget.
Lenders Requirements: - 620 + Credit score - 2 Years of tax return or W2s - Checkstubs - Identification Card - Social Security Number

Estimate and Budget

Knowing the amount you approved for can help us how to determine the size and budget of you home. Meaning if you get approved for $300k it doesn't mean that's how much you would want to spend. Every home has it own unique style and price. With the lender approval we can tailor to you need and criteria.

Location

If you don't own a lot/land, don't worry, the construction loan has you covered. In this part we help you find the desired location where you want to build your dream home.

Creating a Concept

Designing a floor plan can be fun but also stressful. Our company can help you design a floor plan or choose a concept of the home we've already build or even build a floor that you've seen online. After choosing the right floor plan we can now send it to our architect for the initial design. All changes on floor may apply with NO additional cost so we can go back and change anything that you like on the floor plan at anytime.

Specification & Personalize

Going overs specification and personalizing is one of the most important part of the process; It helps us understand and visualize your dream home. By specifications we mean; Tile, Cabinet style, Color scheme, Exterior and Interior finishes and much more!

Finalizing Costs

After you have added your personal touches to your design and your floor plan has been finalized, along with the site cost have been estimated, we'll be able to give you and accurate cost on building your family's new home.

Construction Agreement

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. Agreeing to the cost, timeframe and what to expect. At this point we all have more clarity on you dream home project; getting it under contract and your lender working on the construction loan will be stress free. The time for closing takes about 4-6 weeks from the moment we get under contract. WE HAVE AN EXECUTED CONTRACT

Plans and Permits

Once the lender has approved loan and paper wokrwork at the title company has been completed, then the blueprints are sent to the city for approval and permits. This takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

Pre-Construction Meeting

After the city issues building permit, and your selection have been finalized, you will meet with our company once more to review construction plans, specification, go over the construction process, and to tour the building site.

Ground Breaking

We start construction on your family's new home! You'll be periodically kept in the loop as to which phase of construction is underway, and which phase is the next. Your family will truly enjoy visiting your future home to view how's it's coming along.

Homeowners Final Walk-Through

After the building process has completed, we will schedule a time to visit with your family and do a final walk-though of your future home. This is your opportunity to review the attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship, that went into your home.

Our warranty specialist will spend time explaining all of the features of you home, as well as the limited warranty. \When you move into your home, it will definitely feel like the home of your dreams! We believe that this is a long-term relationship and our dedication does not end the day you move in.
